Preparing the text
What to submit. We request that you provide the entire manuscript electronically, on CD-ROM, in Microsoft Word format, as well as two hard copies.
The electronic copy must be drafted as follows:
· each chapter must be identified with a number in chronological order
· each chapter must be organized in the following manner:
· text
· references
· identified tables (i.e. Table I; Table II; etc.)
· identified table legend/caption (i.e. Table I, legend; Table II, legend; etc)
· identified figure legend/caption (i.e. Fig. 1, legend; Fig 2, legend; etc.)
· identified figures are to be supplied in a separate file
· label the disk with your name, book title, file index, and date
The hard copy of the final version of the manuscript must be identical to the electronic copy (two copies printed out in double spacing). For any changes that are made after submission of the final version, please contact your editor.
It is important that you keep an electronic copy of your materials for your own records.
